Ideal for mould grinding,porting,polishing and edge-breaking in ship,vehicle and machinery manufacture.

 

Main Features and Notice

1) Durable and Lightweight die cast alum. body.


2) Rotable speed controller can be operated by one hand

3) Can grinding different concave curved surface by using different shape of grinding stone.
Also can be used as polisher by using fabric disc


4) Front exhaust can blow off the dust from the workpiece


5) Don't make the contact area of the grinding disc and workpiece too large,otherwise will easy to cause the crake of the disc,roator bent


6) When put on the new disc,please grinding slowly untill the disc become rotates steady then can grinding in full speed.Otherwise may cause the bounce of disc to damage the workpiece.


7)Keeping the operating pressure at 6.3 BAR 92 PSI around, too high pressure will enhance the worn-out to short the life and too low make the efficiency low.


8) Lubricate the tools with the lubricating oil 3-4 times each day and Calcium base grease two times each month


9) Checking if all the parts are well secured before use it 


10) When finish the work,close the air valve in the air channel firstly then detach the air hose.
